As a full-time coach since 2005, Joe has played an instrumental role in the health and development of hundreds of athletes, including more than 200 that have continued their athletic careers in college. He has also mentored dozens of coaches, inspiring several to open gyms of their own.

Joe’s passion for fitness began with his love for sports. At an early age, he learned that consistent hard work in the gym gave him an edge over his peers and competition. Excelling in baseball, Joe earned numerous all-conference/state honors which led to an athletic scholarship. When his baseball career ended, Joe began investing more time and effort in the gym.

Over the past two decades, Joe has amassed thousands of hours learning, testing, and teaching various training disciplines. Through this period of trial & error (or trial & success), he has earned the unique perspective of knowing what works and what doesn’t.

Joe’s philosophy for athletic development and fitness is straightforward. There are no shortcuts, secrets, or magical potions. Success in athletics is not unlike most other professional fields in life. Reaching your athletic potential requires years of hard work, dedication, and intelligent planning.
